Kristina Sullivan is the owner and founder of Skin & Laser Clinic and the Fond du Lac School of Esthetics. After completing her 450-hour Esthetics Training program, Kristina launched her first business, The Skin Spa, where she built a reputation for providing advanced skin care services, including custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, waxing, and spray tanning.
In 2023, recognizing the importance of hands-on learning and real-world experience in the beauty industry, she expanded her passion for education by founding the Fond du Lac School of Esthetics, a licensed program dedicated to preparing the next generation of estheticians for successful, rewarding careers in skincare.

Megan Hafemann is a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), as well as the owner of MH Skin Bar in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She teaches under Kristina Sullivan at the Fond du Lac School of Esthetics, bringing her hands-on experience and passion for wellness directly into the classroom.
Megan specializes in advanced skincare treatments such as facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and waxing, along with therapeutic bodywork techniques through massage. Her goal as an educator is to help students feel confident and capable—both in their skills and in themselves—while inspiring them to create meaningful careers in the beauty and wellness industry.
